A good windsurfing shop has the gear that will do what you want, a staff that can and will answer all you questions, offers lessons, repairs, and service as needed, and has fair prices. Some one can always cut out service to lower price, but that is not a good value in the long run. You need honest information, and the right gear, not the cheapest.
